LIFTING ACCESSORIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR INDUSTRY

Enmac designs and delivers tailored lifting and transfer accessories with over 35 years of experience.

Lifting and transfer accessories in accordance with customer requirements – designed for the application concerned – fulfil the requirements set for work safety. These accessories make working more efficient by, for example, shortening the working time used in preparatory and lifting work. We also offer specialist services connected with lifting, transport and haulage.

Quality and safety in the forefront

Our long-term, comprehensive familiarity with lifting and transfer accessories is made up of various lifting accessory structures, which include, e.g. plate grippers, vacuum pads, lift-magnet applications, derricks and C-hooks.

All of our projects are realised in accordance with our certified quality system-based processes, with the high quality of our products and safety in the forefront. The products are CE-marked and compliant with the valid standards.

DELIVERIES OF TAILORED LIFT AND TRANSFER ACCESSORIES

We design and deliver tailored ready-for-operation lifting and transfer accessories directly to the customer.

For each lifting accessory delivered, we prepare a requirement specification compliant with the point of application, on the basis of which conceptualisation of the technical structure is performed. On the basis of this, we realise the design and strength inspections in addition to formulating the manufacturing drawings. We supervise manufacture and testing as part of quality assurance.

The delivery of lifting and transfer accessories includes the documents required for CE marking – such as operational, maintenance and inspection instructions, as well as risk assessment. We carry out authorised periodic and deployment inspections also on lifting and transfer accessories in use, as well as those put to re-use.

With respect to lifting and transfer accessories, Enmac modernisation includes updates in safety assurance planning, strength inspection, and documentation.

For bridges, power plants and nuclear power stations

Enmac provides services in specifying suitable lifting equipment. In bridges, the exchange of bridge decks, and power plant projects, our expertise is in method design, which includes logistics, the design of lifts and installations, and supervision of implementation.

We also design transport and transfer equipment for lifting systems in nuclear power stations as well as installation methods respective to challenging components for construction works.
