Product development of a gear casting frame

Challenge:

The need was for a casting frame for the gear with parts suitable for serial production. The manufacturing costs were to be kept as low as possible.

Solution:

Enmac carried out the casting design and strength analysis of the parts, as well as consulting with the foundry.

Result:

Stronger and cheaper frame parts well suited for series production.
