Challenge:
The customer needed a torque stand for testing propulsion equipment. The torque stand needed to facilitate the testing of propulsion equipment of different sizes.
Solution:
Enmac designed a torque stand to which the propulsion equipment can be mounted. The torque stand consists of a torque motor and a motor opposing the torque. The torque is realised hydraulically and the operation of the equipment is controlled by an automation system designed by Enmac.
