Autoclave pressure vessel

Challenge:

The customer needed equipment for heat treating its own product. The starting data was only the number of degrees to which the temperature of the product had to be momentarily raised.

Solution:

Enmac carried out a heat transfer analysis and design, on the basis of which a process was specified and a pressure vessel was manufactured. Enmac delivered an approved pressure vessel and documentation to the customer. Enmac also prepared and submitted the required documents for the approval of the equipment system.

Result:

An autoclave pressure vessel meeting the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive, with which the customer can test the parameters for a production autoclave.
