Enmac collects data on its Customer Information Register for the purpose of contacting and communicating with customers as well as managing customer relations.

4. Register application

Enmac Oy uses the data on its Customer Information Register for maintaining contact and communications with customers as well as managing customer relations. 

5. Customer Information Registrar information content

The data content covers all information personally obtained from the customer

– Company name

– Contact information

– Business ID:

– Contact persons (commercial, technical, invoicing)

– Information on contact persons: name, email, work phone, title / area of responsibility, language

– Invoicing information

The customer is in charge of the accuracy of the information and its updating in accordance with the requirements. The continuous, automatically collected information content includes a history of bids made, procurement and acquisitions, projects and liaisons connected with them. Information obtained from third parties can be dealt with in regard to credit information and the like, which third persons generate as general corporate data services. Inspections can also be carried out with regard to general public administration sources.

6. Information sources compliant with the rules

Data from the Customer Information Register are obtained via customer relations.

7. Transfer of data

Data from the Customer Information Register must not be transferred to third parties. Data must not be transferred beyond the UE or EEA.

8. Register protection principles

Enmac Oy relates seriously to the confidential safekeeping of personal data.  We apply administrative, physical and electronic measures for the protection of data against unauthorised uses. The Customer Information Register details have been recorded in the database, which are permissible for access only by certain pre-assigned persons by inputting a user ID and password. The database is also protected by firewalls and other technical means. The databases and their backup copies are located in locked facilities to which only certain pre-assigned persons have access. Enmac never relinquishes, sells or exchanges Customer Information Register data for marketing purposes outside Enmac. Although we endeavour to ensure the integrity and security of personal data, we cannot guarantee that the protective measures employed will prevent third parties and so-called hackers from accessing personal data illegally. We inform the registrants in the manner required by law of all infractions related to confidentiality or integrity at the proper time and without undue delay.

We eliminate outdated and unnecessary information in the appropriate manner. We store personal data only as long as it is necessary for the implementation of the purpose of handling the same determined in this privacy policy.  Due to the obligations imposed by the Accounting Act (Kirjanpitolaki) or other applicable legislation, data may have to be stored for a period longer than that mentioned.

9. Registered prohibition on direct marketing

Registrants have the right to prohibit the registrar from handling information personally dealing with them for the purpose of direct marketing or for marketing- and opinion-related polls. This prohibition should be made in writing.

10. Registrant’s right of inspection and to correction of information

According to the legislation of data protection, the registrant has the right to obtain information regarding the handling of his/her personal data, as well as the right to request viewing of the same from our register.  The registrant has the right to demand correction of erroneous or inexact information.

12. Right to deletion of data

The registrant has the right to request deletion of his/her data from the Customer Information Register, with the exception of the following situations:

– the customer has a matter ongoing with Enmac

– the customer has an open project ongoing with Enmac

– the customer has amounts outstanding to Enmac

– if the customer has misused or is suspected to have misused Enmac’s services during the last four years.

13. Instructions:

– With regard to inspection, correction and/or deletion of personal data, first get in touch directly with Enmac Oy’s customer register contact person.

– If required, agree on an appointment for dealing with the request. The matters connected with your request will be handled during this possible appointment.

– Enmac Oy has the right to refuse implementation of the request on the basis of the appropriate legislation.

14. Updating of privacy policy

Enmac updates its privacy policy as required. The latest version can always be viewed on Enmac’s website.

Enmac collects information on individuals for its Marketing Register for looking after customer relations and communications, as well as for marketing purposes.

Enmac Oy’s Marketing Register Privacy Policy  We handle personal data in the register on our customers, potential customers, and our partners and their representatives.

4. Register application

Enmac Oy uses the marketing register data for looking after customer relations and communications, as well as for marketing purposes. The basis of handling personal data is our justified interests in maintaining business relationships as well as marketing and providing communications on our products and services. We also deliver registrants direct marketing messages, which the registrant may refuse if s/he wishes to do so. We process personal data in accordance with the appropriate legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Marketing Register information content

We gather persons’ name, email and other submitted information. By means of cookies, we obtain extensive information on visitors to our website which we utilise in, for example, designing our marketing. Our goal thereby is to target our communications as effectively as possible. The following information can be stored about the registrant:

– Person’s name,

– Company represented by the person

– Email address

The Marketing Register information is gathered mainly from the person him/herself. Information is also gathered from Enmac Oy’s website (contact request form and offer request form). Other sources of information are various customer- and co-operation-based contacts, as well as personal sales work.  We also monitor cookies, and visiting our website leaves a trace – an IP address. Also, personal data can sometimes be purchased from external registers for one-off marketing use.
