More about the acquisition and Prevas
Through the acquisition, which is Prevas’ first in Finland, a Nordic group is established, with operations across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. The acquisition will enable future market synergies and is in line with Prevas’ growth strategy.

Prevas is an engineering consultancy company founded 1985 in Västerås, Sweden. Prevas has been listed on NASDAQ, small cap in 1998. Together Enmac and Prevas has about 1100 employees in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
