Challenge:
The customer wanted to unload smaller train car types than before. The old drawbridges that were used to unload the cars were too far for the smaller train cars.
Solution:
Enmac developed hydraulic swivel platforms that were installed on the old drawbridges. The new platforms cover the cap between drawbridges and train cars. The platforms can be turned out of the way under the drawbridges when unloading the regular size train cars.
Result:
Due to Enmac’s CE-marked swivel platforms, working in the demanding conditions of the train unloading station is now safe and efficient. The tailor-made product meets the requirements of the working platform standard.
